To a large extent, the quality of a property service provider is dependent on the information technology (IT) they use, doing exactly what the client needs and wants. It stands to reason that standardised real estate business programme
suites can only be individualised with limitations. For two decades now we have therefore been developing the necessary applications in-house to specifically meet the needs of our clients. The constant progress in the IT sector means that we are also permanently putting our solutions to the test. So we are actually rather IT-savvy.
