Proximity principle

Properties are like members of a family: they suffer in long-distance relationships! It is therefore absolutely imperative for us that properties are managed proactively, which requires a certain proximity to the property in question. With our office structure we are in a position to reach a considerable part of the properties located in Germany within a few hours or even a few minutes.
