We also see ourselves as a conservative medium-sized company and employer of commercial service subcontractors. We are not interested in wage dumping and pay in line with tariffs, even if the corresponding company does not belong to the tariff association. The employees in our commercial sectors are just as important to us as the business economists, engineers and lawyers in the rest of company group. We reinforce the skills of our staff working in facility management with further training sessions. Here we focus on technology, conflict management and social communication, in particular with older tenants.
